The place and the people
More than a place to visit.
The WOW Heritage Center opened on October 18, 2026, as E4 Youth's first permanent home. Located at Rosewood Courts in East Austin's African American Cultural Heritage District, the Center connects community stories with learning, creativity, and opportunity.
Rosewood Courts isn't simply a setting. It is part of the story. The Center grows with the neighbors and culture-bearers who hold its history, and with the young people finding new ways to share it.
